Follow signs for Wellington State Park from Britstol. The parking area is directly accross from the entrance to the Park. The Entire length of the trail stretches 10.5 miles, but we chose to simply climb to the top of Little Sugarloaf. The start of the trail is wooded, and at the time of our hike quite wet. There are some logs and small foot bridges in place to help cross the larger spots of water. The trail climbs modestly to a nice outlook at the summit of Little Sugarloaf overlooking Newfound Lake and Wellington Beach.
